Using ALPHA
You may use ALPHA only where the product and the relevant assets are lawful for you. You must be at least 18, outside the United States and not a U.S. person, not acting for a U.S. person, and not subject to sanctions, and you may not bypass these restrictions. ALPHA is a self-custody interface: you are responsible for your wallet, keys, account security, network fees, taxes and every transaction you approve. Access to the interface does not mean that a token, pairing asset, reward or transaction is suitable or available in your jurisdiction.
Market and token risk
New token markets are speculative and may lose all value. Smart contracts, wallets, routers, price feeds, trading venues, networks and third-party assets can fail or behave unexpectedly. Graduation is a change in trading venue. It is not an endorsement, audit result, guarantee of liquidity or promise of future value.
Creator responsibilities
A creator must provide accurate token details, links, fee settings and wallet destinations. A creator may not impersonate another project, misuse intellectual property, hide paid allocations or make claims that are false, misleading or unlawful. Token details and launch settings are written on chain and are permanent.
Trading and fees
Quotes are estimates until a transaction is confirmed. Price impact, slippage, network fees and market conditions can change the final result. Every market fixes its fee preset at launch. Review its protocol fee, buyback share and creator reward before approving a transaction.
Availability and changes
ALPHA may restrict an asset, chain, route, wallet, market or feature when needed for security, legal eligibility, data integrity or reliability. Supported networks, features and technical requirements may change for future launches; they cannot change the fixed terms of an existing market. The wallet review and the confirmed on-chain transaction are the authoritative record of an action.
